Staff is friendly, a little on the expensive side..
Ice cream was melted and we were given wrong ingredients, Manager was very rude.

If Coldstone doesn't understand the relevance of the cake on birthday (or any other events) -> they shouldn't be in cake business. Filed complaint in head quarters - hope they care. I suggest don't order custom cakes else be ready for surprise without any choices.

Good choice. Mix and match. Indoor and outdoor seating. Rest rooms and ample parking.
Extremely disappointed. I should've known by the messy store with dirty tables and floors and napkins everywhere looking like the place hasn't been cleaned in days that this would be a bad experience. The birthday cake ice cream tasted like vanilla ice cream and the guy didn't seem to be too good at what he was doing. It was mixed horribly... then my wife, daughter and I all got bad stomach aches and had to stay close to the bathroom. Never eating here again.
Ordered custom cake with red frosting, and was delivered pink. Contacting the manager, owner will be just a waste of time with no response. Finally got a very rude response from somebody from this franchise suggesting cake shouldn't have picked up.
