Need more then one teller! Shouldn't have to wait over 20 minutes to buy a few gift cards! This bank is not convenient at all. One person working the whole bank!?! Seriously
Awful customer service. One example; We have several business accounts along with our personal account. We are getting charge a monthly paper statement fee for our business accounts until we sign up for electronic statements which is fine except you can't set up electronic statements without going to the bank. I tried doing this online and over the phone. I was told I have to go the branch to set this up. Unfortunately, I don't have time to go to the bank to get this done.
Been to this branch 3 times and every time the tellers or helping staff seem very rude. If rather go to the branch near Whitehorse road as they are more friendlier, welcoming and actually seem like the world is still alive.
