Pretty cool store decent selection of sneakers, friend got a nice pair of Jordan’s/ clothing is not business casual, more urban clothing, good selection of baby/kids clothes and home goods.
Barely anything on shelves. Things were everywhere. Couldn't a matching shoe anywhere in the entire store. The Ross in Stafford Va, is completely better, in all regards. It felt like the staff would rather be anywhere but there. Won't be going back to this one.

Customer service is really bad at this location. When I asked for help for an item without the price tag yesterday, the manager wanted me to lineup on that long standing line just to check the price. Horrible service!
One of my most favorite places to shop. Never has enough cashiers. Yet they have 5 registers. What's wrong with this picture. 15 people in line but 1 cashier who was not going to ask for help so she continued to work until a customer who got fed up stepped out of line and told her to get someone up there to help her out. The store was a scattered site in some areas. At any and all times of the day this store should be well stocked. Too many empty spaces and no one refilling the areas. A store is suppose to sell items off the shelves. Not just display empty ones. The cashier today was a little sarcastic. She said to me just to let you know the shoes you picture up are $49.99.... I said to her And ! She then said she just wanted to let me know they are on sale. First of all the shoes didn't even have a price tag on them. So I was told way back in the day to read the bottom of the shoes. The price is always located there. She was a smart a** to me but I believe treatment came as part of her daily criticism. She seemed to have had an attitude because she had to work. I had just gotten off work myself. So my wild appearance must have given her a perception of me being unable to afford my purchase. I'm a federal employee. They pay me swell Sweet Tart !
