"Warm, welcoming office staff, and a *very* clean, pleasant and calming environment--from the waiting room to the exam room to the consultation office. Great personalized care from Dr. Patel; his hygenist was unable to come in on the day of my appointment so he did the cleaning himself(!) I received a comprehensive check-up and gentle cleaning. Bonus: the paperless, tech-forward patient information management is SO cool...not only is it amazing and informative to see results of photos and x-rays in real time, but the methods for capturing and retaining patient data instilled in me a sense of confidence that this practice is ahead of its time and only offering the best of the best in procedure and industry knowledge. By the end of the visit, Dr. Patel had presented me with some preventative care steps I might take now, or 6 months down the road. His state-of-the-art system brings up your insurance info and he points out diligently what things cost, how much your insurance covers, and how much (and WHY) you would pay out of pocket. Amazing. I did not feel forced or pressured; in fact, I will likely opt to pursue these steps because I'm confident he knows his stuff and cares more about my overall oral health than "making" money from unwarranted procedures (sadly, this was a problem for me with past dentists). I felt much more like a patient than a customer, which is rare in dentistry in this day and age! Bravo (:"

In addition to having a stellar personality Dr. Patel is, importantly, very good at his job - my wisdom tooth extraction at his office was the quickest and most painless one I've ever had, and he checked in later that day to make sure I was feeling okay. He also employs the latest technology in dental health, so you can see x-rays of all your teeth right there on the screen in front of you mere seconds after the machine is done scanning! And if that isn't enough, Windsor Smiles is located inside a spotless office that has been beautifully decorated by Dr. Patel's wife. Behind every great man...
