Completely lost it's charm. Cheap Chinese goods stacked from floor to ceiling. No service help of any kind. The place seems like it's falling apart. I go there only to greet all the senior citizens employed there. The younger crowd couldn't be bothered. They have completely switched to Amazon. In one youngster's own words, "Walmart is for losers".
Very poor freight shipping for larger products was supposed to get my product Thursday still hasn't arrived at store very disappointed.
Easy to find what you are looking for, friendly staff (I have been offered help to bring big boxes to my truck without asking, really appreciate that). You can order online and pick up at the store in a couple of days. They added more self check out lines which makes it easier to get in and out when you are in a hurry.
Vinny was knowledgeable and very helpful. Seems to have a service to the customer attitude.... other employees though came around while he was helping the lady in front of me that they were going to break and lunch.... Maybe not the best time to do this, as there were 2 other customers and myself waiting to be helped at the counter.
I visited the auto centre today at 8.00am due to remote lock issue it took 15 minutes delayed to start the oil change and tyre roration they took 1:45mins to complete the job and was not able to update oilchange say that they are not fully equipped asking me to go to dealer or jiffy lube to update oilchange in the car settings ..ended up paying 90+$ for VW Passat..had a very bad experience this place can be avoided for any automotive related work...pretty bad experience
