I had 2 facials by Erica and a massage by Yee. I can't wait for my next appointments. These folks are professional and personable. The environment is calm and smells really good!!! The prices are very reasonable for the services provided. I rate 5 stars!
I really enjoy coming here., the staff are so nice. At my last appointment the massage therapist I had was Lynn. Even though my back muscles are sore as hell from the beating they took in my deep tissue massage, I haven’t felt that constant agonizing pain in my lower back since then, it’s completely absent. I have put on so much weight in the last nine years due to residual pain from a back injury hindering exercising. Maybe now I can really exercise without it being cut short from the pain and I will actually start losing some of this weight. I can’t wait until my next appointment with Lynn! I should have had deep tissue all along. Glad I finally found a massage therapist that listened to what I told them and changed what they were doing to how my body did or didn’t react to them. She was fantastic, a real asset.
My husband and I have been going to this H&S since early 2015. Every visit has been spectacular and we always leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of. The staff are incredibly friendly and courteous. The massage therapists are wonderful and keep communication open so that you are always getting the best massage. I highly recommend this location. We always leave happy customers!

My spa closed and I was looking for a new place. Hand and Stone in East Windsor is close, so I decided to try them. Ashley, lovely young lady, showed me around a very clean and inviting facility & explained policy. She is knowledgeable, professional & very respectful. Any questions I had were anticipated and answered. I bought the membership, which is quite reasonable, and cannot WAIT to book my services. Yay, me!
