Nice for the price! Front staff was interested in how my day went, speedy check in. Room was clean but the smell of sweaty dog overwhelmed the place. Comfy bed, skushy pillows and warm blanket. No safe, no fridge, and no microwave. Good plug outlets, good view over the pool. I don't know if it was because rain but the WIFI sucked! Very small breakfast area. It was a bus load of people that came in low a herd of wild animals! My suggestion is to get up before they do. That lounge/ grill is the bomb! (everything he makes is awesome) apple dessert is good! Pool goes to 6 feet.. 1/2mile to nearest gas station. Sodas are $2 bucks at the hotel
Worst stay ever. Front desk clerk was condescending and unable to follow through on reservations, and requests. reservation was lost, then found, cot was promised then I was told my room could not have one because of fire code... Room was damp, smellled. Do not stay here. People in bar are walking around lobby, hall ways, front of hotel. Breakfast was pitiful. Toast and cereal. Awful.
I don't normally bash hotels but I do like to let families know what to expect because no one likes a disappointing hotel stay. I stayed here w my daughter and my nephew because we were going to six flags. This was the only hotel that offered breakfast. The room and the pool were clean and friendly staff. Great little bar/restaurant down stairs. The bad things as far as my room was the shower had about 5 inches of water in it while I showered, had to have the toilet plunged every time we used it (we don't use tons of toilet paper ) just something wrong w the drainage around here or something. The breakfast had to be one of the worst as far as selection. Cereal, fruit,bread by the slice in a bag for toast and eggs in a bag that had to be microwaved, juice,coffee tea and yogurt . But anyway that's that. Not bad for a overnight stay I suppose
It was like a Bingo found and stayed here. I had to run from the worst motel in my life to a better place for whatever price for our 3-day trip to Princeton. The rate was very very nice for what I could ask for. The staff was accommodating and friendly. There was a full bar on the ground floor next to the front desk. They also have computer and printing service at any time of the day. The cleanliness was exceeded our expectation for the price. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room, amenities, and the ambiance were cozy, warm, and cushy. There was a good breakfast in the lobby with the pre-omelet package, cheese, toast, cereal, oatmeal, milk, juice, and fruits. Quite enough to start the day. The motel also has an outdoor pool. I could complain about any single moment staying here.
Clean and affordable hotel. The woman at front desk has been absolutly fantastic to help us as we needed a fridge for antibiotics to stay cold. She also was great at making efforts to understand our needs (our group was french speaking). Free wi-fi is cool. The odor in the lobby is unpleasant but overall everything seems clean despite the age of the building.
