Worst customer service
It had a rocky couple years. But since new owners and management it's done a 180. If you haven't been there give it a try, if you had a bad experience in the past give them another try. They uphold the integrity and reputation of the PJ's we've come to expect. Prices are high but for better quality than most other fast food joints and there are of course always deals and coupons so do your research.

Ridiculous staff and delivery driver
Very fast delivery. Sometimes I've had one issue when one of the male workers was on his phone and didn't start my order, and when we got it it wasn't even hot..... but generally the last 9 out of 15 times we have used this store, the food is hot, ready and delivered on time.
One of the employees are so polite with her welcoming voice that I keep on coming back to that pizzaria whenever I'm in the mood. Lol #
Don’t order from here, please use other pizzeria. I ordered it and got very stale pizza, hardly chewable and even we surprised, how come they are delivering such worst pizza. Complained to manager, he committed to provide complimentary pizza next time, which I didn’t ask. Next time I ordered pizza and ask if I can get the complimentary pizza, they are charging same as regular pizza for complimentary pizza. Lesson learned, don’t complain if you are not getting good pizza from this pizzeria, just change your pizzeria.
